My router requires the MAC address of connected computers.

Where can I find the MAC address of the MK808?

Thanks for the reply. I need the MAC, though to connect to the network. Without network connection
I cannot download Google applications,
So it is a chicken and egg problem: I need the MAC to get to the network, I need the network to get the MAC.

On all my other networked devices (PCs and Internet Radio) the MAC is printed on the manufacturer's label on the device.
I presume the MK808 does not have a label. Is that correct?

yes thats correct, but there isnt a label

I have a way for you, but it cant be that i named buttons to click different because my gui is in german

1. Go to the android options (not the options menu from the mk808)
2. Click on WLAN on the left list
3. Click at the three dots (right corner)
4. there is a extended menu (third choice)
5. ^^ now the mac should be shown

if it doesnt help, you can try to deactivate your mac filter and than you connect it.
is your device added to your wlan access point it is easy to add a device to the list (because all active connectections are shown) and than you can reactivate it

Thanks for your help.
I found a solution at the site of the UK Office of Information Technology that should work for all Android devices:

http://oit2.utk.edu/helpdesk/k.....ntry/1947/

Very similar to the last post.

This post is now solved.

Isn't the MK808 running Jelly Bean? On my Nexus7 I get the MAC address by going to Settings>About Tablet (last option)>Status (second option) and Wifi MAC address is the fourth listing...finding the MAC for my phone with ICS is nearly the same procedure.
