Hello sweside and welcome to the forums!
Not many people running the mk802 anymore since the mk808 came out. There could be many reasons for the weak wifi. Some things that has affected devices has been outdated firmware and usb connections. Make sure you are on the latest firmware first of all. Then experiment by plugging your usb connections in different ports and if you have one use a usb hub to get the connections away from the device. Good luck and we're here if you need us.
